Sean Fletcher

Sean Fletcher has dedicated his career to policing and helping others with their career planning within this field. His journey started as a Special Constable, then progressed to a PCSO, and eventually, he became a Response Officer. From there, Sean specialised in Roads Policing, a role that challenged his skills in critical decision-making, public safety, and working under pressure.

He advanced to the rank of Sergeant, first on Response and later leading a Roads Policing team, before stepping up again to Inspector, managing the complex and demanding environment of custody.

Having navigated the process himself, Sean understands the challenges of police applications support, including interviews and promotion boards. More importantly, he knows how to prepare for them in a way that instills confidence and positions you for success.

How does Rank Ready assist with interviews?

We offer coaching and mentoring to help you prepare for police interviews, including discussing how to present your experience effectively and practicing key interview techniques.

Does Rank Ready guarantee success?

While we provide guidance and support based on experience, the outcome of recruitment or promotion processes depends on many factors beyond our control. Our role is to help you prepare as thoroughly as possible. We want you to succeed as much as you do and through that initial relationship building, we can look at how best to support your journey.

If I don’t get the job or pass the promotion process, can I request a refund?

While we are committed to providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to help you prepare as effectively as possible, the outcome ultimately depends on individual performance and the evidence presented. If things don’t go as hoped, we can work with you to review any feedback you receive and help identify ways to improve for next time. However, due to the nature of these processes, we are unable to offer refunds. Our focus remains on supporting your development and giving you the best chance moving forward.
